01 How much does your service cost me? +
For you, nothing. Commission is paid by the bank or insurer you eventually sign with. If you do not sign, you pay nothing — and neither do I get anything. That is exactly why I do not push you.
02 Which banks and insurers do you work with? +
Twelve — Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Komerční banka, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit, Allianz, Generali Česká, Kooperativa, UNIQA, ČSOB Insurance, ČPP and Slavia.
03 How long does a mortgage take? +
A standard mortgage runs 4–8 weeks from application to drawdown. Speed depends mostly on how fast we get documents, the property valuation and the cadastre.
04 Do you also help with refinancing? +
Yes — refinancing is one of the most common requests today. I work out whether it pays off and handle the move to a new bank end-to-end.
05 Do you only work in Olomouc? +
I am based in Olomouc but have clients across Moravia and in Prague. Most things can be handled online or over a video call.
06 What do I get in writing? +
A side-by-side comparison, total-cost calculation and a recommendation with clear reasoning. Nothing happens on a handshake.
07 What if I just want advice, not a contract? +
That is fine. The first consultation is free and non-binding. If my advice is "do nothing," I say so — and I am OK with that.
